ADR Consulting LLC Cancellation Policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your credit consulting or credit repair services contract with ADR Consulting LLC without penalty or obligation within three business days under federal law.
Minnesota consumers may cancel before midnight of the fifth day after signing the contract. ADR Consulting LLC will honor whichever cancellation period gives the consumer more time.
HOW TO CANCEL
Send a clear written cancellation notice by email to [email protected] or mail or deliver it to the business address shown on your signed agreement.
Your notice should include your full name, contact information, the date you signed the agreement, and a statement saying that you are canceling your services.
REFUNDS AND FUTURE CHARGES
No cancellation fee or penalty applies when you cancel within the required cancellation period. Any payment that must be returned under Minnesota law will be refunded within 10 days after ADR Consulting LLC receives your cancellation notice.
After the required cancellation period, you may cancel future month-to-month services at any time by providing written notice. You will not be charged for future services after cancellation becomes effective. Fees for services already fully completed are not refundable unless required by law.
SEPARATE CREDIT-MONITORING SERVICE
Credit-monitoring services are provided by a separate third-party company. Canceling ADR Consulting LLC’s services does not automatically cancel your credit-monitoring membership. You must contact the credit-monitoring provider directly to cancel that separate service.
